2. Prices and offers

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping. Shipping is added at checkout, shown before you pay and paid by the customer. Offers are valid while stock lasts.

3. The routine saving

While the campaign runs, the more items you take, the more you save on your whole order, as shown in the shop. The saving is applied automatically at checkout, without a code. It does not apply to gift cards and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. The Lumé mirror

A Lumé mirror with orders from €75, counted after the saving and before shipping, while stock lasts.

5. Ordering and paying

Your order is final once you have paid and received our confirmation by email. You pay with one of the payment methods shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after processing in the Netherlands and the EU. Outside the EU delivery takes longer and depends on the destination, and your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These times are our best estimate. 7. Returns

Returns within 14 days, unopened and sealed. Opened lip products cannot be returned, for reasons of hygiene. Read more in our Refund policy.

8. Something is not right

If a product is damaged or not what you ordered, email us and we replace it or refund you. Your legal rights as a consumer always apply.

9. Using the products

For external use only. Stop using a product if irritation appears. Keep out of reach of children. The ingredients are on every product page and on the packaging.

10. Law

Dutch law applies to every order.
