Processing and delivery

Order processed within 1 to 2 business days. Every order is packed by hand. Delivery takes 2 to 4 business days after processing in the Netherlands and the EU, depending on where you live and on the carrier. Outside the EU delivery takes longer and depends on the destination.

Tracking

The moment your parcel leaves, you get an email with a tracking link. You can follow it from there until it is at your door.

What does shipping cost?

Shipping is not included in our prices. It is added at checkout and paid by you: €6.95 in the Netherlands and €8.75 to the rest of the EU. We also ship outside the EU, for €19.00 per order. You always see the amount at checkout before you pay.

Where do you ship?

We ship to the Netherlands, across the EU and worldwide. Is your country not in the list at checkout? Email us and we will look at it with you.

Ordering from outside the EU

Your country may charge import duties or taxes when your parcel arrives. Those are not included in our prices and are paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Gift cards

A gift card is sent by email right after payment. There are no shipping costs.

Something went wrong

Parcel late, lost or damaged? Email info@lumebeautylab.com with your order number, and photos if there is damage. We contact the carrier and make it right with you.

Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or it was not collected, we ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.
