What can I return?

You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unopened, unused and still sealed. Because these are products you wear on your lips, we cannot take back anything that has been opened or tried.

How do I return?

  • Email info@lumebeautylab.com with your order number and what you want to send back.
  • We reply with the return address and a short checklist.
  • Send the parcel back within 14 days of that message. Keep the proof of postage.

When do I get my money back?

Within 14 days of your return message, and once your return has arrived or you have shown us proof of postage. The refund goes to the way you paid. If you return your whole order, we also refund the standard shipping you paid. The cost of sending it back is yours.

The routine saving and your gift

If you return part of an order, the saving is recalculated for what you keep. Two items keep 10%, one item goes back to full price. Does your order drop below the gift amount? Then please send the Lumé mirror back with it.

Damaged or wrong item

That should not happen, and when it does we fix it. Email us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and the product. We send a replacement or refund you.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be returned once they have been sent.
